This 4/3 size food warmer is constructed of a heavy s/s housing for excellent durability.
Interior liner made out of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel.
Steel "element support" stabilizes heating elements and reflects heat toward food, providing even heat distribution.
Maintains food temperature in excess of 140º ( the requirement for safe food service)
Designed to hold four 1/3 pans. 27" x 12" opening with 6-1/2" deep well accomodates pans up to 4"
Easy to clean.
The exterior dimensions: 29.5"L x 14.5"W x 8.5"H
