Blodgett SHO-100-E Description
To evenly distribute heat, the Blodgett SHO-100-E full-size electric convection oven has an interior compartment liner made of double-sided porcelain to ease cleaning. Its exterior top, sides, and legs are stainless steel with an iron frame for support, and it is electrically heated with three tubular heating elements. For retaining heat, solid mineral fiber insulates the back while fiberglass insulates the top, sides, and bottom. The exterior's top, sides, front, and legs are all durable scratch- and dent-resistant stainless steel.
The Blodgett SHO-100-E convection oven has a cylindrical handle that provides a comfortable grip and opens both doors at once. Each door is securely attached by three hinge pins, and has tough, dual-pane thermal glass. Employees can glance in through the door windows and see the product with interior lights, and the interior can support product on the five chrome-plated racks, or five full-size baking pans.
Temperatures in the Blodgett SHO-100-E convection oven range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and a two-speed fan can carefully cook thin goods or quickly bake a large batch of food. A 60-minute timer counts down the cooking time, while its thermal overload protection prevents heat damage if the unit gets too hot. For maintenance, the front control panel comes off so internal components are accessible.
