The Duke E305SW Aerohot™ steam table is ideal for buffet lines, catered events, or back-of-house prep, and this model has five top openings that hold a variety of products. Stainless steel, sealed, die-formed wells in the unit are 61⁄2 inches deep and can be used for wet or dry applications. Providing a place for employees to prep food or plate, there is a 7-inch-wide poly carving board with a stainless steel support shelf and die-stamped brackets.
Each compartment in this Duke E305SW hot food unit has a 750-watt heating element that sits underneath it, as the heat intensity is controlled by infinite switches on the front. Most of this unit is constructed from durable stainless steel for corrosion resistance and simplified cleaning.
