Holding as much as 11 quarts of product, the Hatco HWB-11QTD drop-in warmer is suitable for keeping soup, chili, or stew hot and fresh as it waits to be served. The unit's on/off rocker switch is simple to use and features illumination to ensure accurate reading. Controlled with a dial, the warmer's thermostat automatically self-adjusts to hold the desired temperature through changing ambient conditions.
Designed for top mounting, this Hatco HWB-11QTD drop-in soup warmer makes an ideal choice for buffets or self-service areas where accessibility is key. To streamline maintenance, this unit's heating elements and thermostats are easy to access. Sheathed in metal, the warmer's heating elements resist damage from impact and exposure to high temperatures, food salts and acids, and moisture. The well is simple to install with EZ locking hardware.
