Server 81220 Description
The Server 81220 twin fudge server can be used to hold, warm, and serve sauces, gravies, toppings, and dressings. It has two inset sections; each one can accommodate a No. 10 can or stainless steel jar, but these pieces are sold separately. These servers are warmed by a water bath method with wraparound heating elements for each section. The heating elements can be controlled separately, and their temperature-sensing thermostats are adjustable from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit; this design is ideal for products that require specific temperature settings.
