Stoelting F131-38I2 Description
The Stoelting F131-38I2 soft serve freezer has twin hoppers so you can make two flavors at once. With the twist feature, you can mix the flavors together. Product is poured into the two 3-gallon hoppers, then sent into the two 0.85 gallon freezing cylinders. Augers are used to fold the frozen product over into the liquid product to create a consistent, creamy consistency. An Energy Conservation Mode is used during slow periods to prevent product from being over agitated.
The compact size of the Stoelting F131-38I2 soft serve freezer makes it ideal for establishments with limited space. IntelliTec2™ Control is used to communicate diagnostics the machine has run on itself, as well as let you control the machine to freeze your product to the ideal texture. Customers can see product before it is dispensed through the clear door. A self-closing spigot controls portions and minimizes waste.
