Vollrath 936GGT Description
Protected with heavy-duty guards, the Vollrath 936GGT Cayenne® countertop griddle is adjustable with metal knobs on the front. Using thermostatic controls, operators can adjust the temperature in three separate cooking zones, enabling multiple foods to be prepared at once. The durable stainless steel burners are placed 12 inches apart, and the griddle has a polished surface that can be wiped clean after use. For uniform cooking, the griddle plate is 1 inch thick.
The Vollrath 936GGT gas griddle measures 36 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 17.38 inches high, making it a great choice for countertop use. A rear-mounted backsplash has a 5-inch height to prevent messes from splattering on the wall, and the sides are also 5 inches high to keep surrounding equipment clean. Mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs, this unit can be positioned on an uneven surface without wobbling or tipping over.
